Guilherme Gonçalves
Nature of Rio de Janeiro, Guilherme Goncalves began his studies with professor Edgard Nunes Rocca, the Villa Lobos School of Music. In 1983 it was
for the Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, where he graduated in Professional Music in 1987.
Even in the United States studied with Dean Anderson, Alan Dawson, Gary Chaffee, among others. He played in several groups of jazz and Latin music.
Since 1986 is professor of percussion at the School Villa-Lobos and more recently, the Conservatory of Music of Curitiba, where they set up the course of drums and percussion in 1994. As author of the books ' O Ritmo pelas Subdivisões' and 'O batuque Carioca.'
