BRASIL RITMOS

To get yourself enrolled in any of the Brazil Ritmos' programs, students should fill in the Application Form. Our Admission Dept. will return the form with all the detailed prices, courses schedule information as well as all the necessary orientation about your course admission and the trip to Brazil.

For those students who are interested in the Expert program. Student should justify in the Application Form why he wants to register in the Expert program and should also describe his experience as a drummer/percussionist, his teachers, methods and technical capacity level.
The student's rÃ©sumÃ© will be carefully evaluated by the Brazil Ritmos' teachers who will then recommend him for this course or another similar course, if his profile does not meet the above course standards.

		Planning: Every course starts on Mondays so each student should plan the trip to Brazil leaving his home country on Friday so that he will be arriving at Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport (Rio) on Saturday, preferably, in the morning. The transport from the airport to the hotel/lodge will occur at the same day so that the student may have Sunday free to get acquainted or familiar with the place. Brazil Ritmos should be informed about your flight schedule with one week in advance. Students who schedule to arrive in Rio after 22:00 pm will not be able to have Brazil Ritmos responsible for the transportation. Airport Reception: Brazil Ritmos will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel in a special air condioned van. Students may carry an identification card as well as Brazil Ritmos will be carrying an identification card with the student´s name on it. English spoken will be required for all foreigner students.
	Brazil Ritmos has a list of hotels/lodges in Niteroi where the students can choose one. Prices are between US$20 to US$40 per day. That includes breakfast and some of them include one meal. Most of them offer rooms with air condioned, refrigerator, cable tv, etc.
